~Sessions are 30 minutes long
(followed by an open space for discussion & reflection.)
~$10-$20 cover charge
*note: we turn no one away, if this rate is too high for you at the moment, pay what you can!
No need to bring anything with you.. (you can bring a yoga mat/pillow if you'd like, though we do have a few available) You can also bring an intention, crystals/stones that you feel would support you and the space and, come in something comfortable.
