invite yourself to:

  • LET YOUR SHOULDERS DROP down, chest open

  • UNCLENCH YOUR JAW (LEAVING A SLIGHT SPACE BETWEEN YOUR LIPS & YOUR TEETH)

  • TAKE A DEEP INHALATION through the nose, and a DEEP~LONG EXHALATIOn out of the mouth…

  • keep breathing for (at least) 2 more rounds of breath or more…
